We ordered Runa for lunch at work. After we picked it up and were eating in the office. One of my coworkers had ordered sushi and noticed a bug on one of the rolls! We all threw our food away because we were so grossed out. My coworker called back explaining what happened and how we wanted a full refund since none of us wanted to eat our food. The woman on the phone only wanted to refund the sushi and with a gift card. We explained how we wanted our money back for the whole order since we would not eat the food. She made us send a picture to her cell phone and then bring all the food back before we could get our money back. She then tried to offer us only a gift card and not the cash we paid with. We were able to get a full refund after arguing about the whole situation. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Really delicious food & amazing appetizers. We ordered a Hong Kong Steak, Tonkatsu Ramen, Potstickers, and Crab Rangoon. Everything was perfect. Don't skip on the appetizers! For drinks, we had Sour Apple Martinis & Pineapple Passions - both amazing as well!! The service was top notch, we were checked on so much, and the restaurant is super cute. Come visit them! U won't regret:)

Ordered food through grub hub Food was flavorless. I got an order of egg rolls, won ton soup & chicken fried rice. Pretty simple, right?! Wrong. I ordered the rice without onions. But my receipt said no vegetables so it was just rice and chicken - poorly seasoned. The Wonton soup was full of vegetables (which is odd) & had zero taste in the broth. The egg rolls were just not good. I will not spend money here again. Maybe the high rating is on their other dishes. But this order was no bueno. $20 worth of food in the garbage.

Where do I begin? We were not greeted when we entered the restaurant & then our server didn't even know what types of alcohol they served at the restaurant. It took a ridiculously long time to get out drinks (in fact, our food came out quicker than our drinks) & there were floaties in our water. The food was good. Very generous portions. We were pleased with my that. Atmosphere was not very inviting & I would caution in bringing children. They played explicative music at loud levels. I'm no saint & do my fair share of cursing, but the amount of foul language used in the music they played was vulgar & disruptive in our dinner conversations. Service was awful. Slow & not attentive at all until it came time for the bill. We tried to order another round of drinks at 8:42pm & we were told no, that the bar was closed (even though they never announced last call). So, we never got a second round of drinks. And then they rushed us out of the restaurant. Before we could even finish our meal, they were asking us to pay the bill & even lingered around our table waiting for us to put down payment. Very rude. If you're that anxious to have us leave, don't worry, we won't be back. There are plenty of other comparable options. My opinion: don't waste your time here because obviously, you won't be worth their time.

Food was ok, but got somewhere I would go twice. We tried a few things and nothing stood out. Spicy tuna was ground up smooshy tuna with no spice and no tuna flavor. The mush texture was not enjoyable. General Tso's chicken was dry inside and outside. Very little sauce and again little flavor; no spice at all. Sushi pieces were ok but again no real taste. At least they were not chewy and hard.....

I've been here numerous times ordering for my family and I. The food is good. Customer service is top notch. The place is clean. I always takeout. It takes longer to prepare than the time I'm told when it will be ready by. Busy or not. It happens a lot, but I don't mind. Just this one instance that completely changed everything. I had ordered the Okonomiyaki and what I thought were basil leaves. I found it odd because it's not normally in the dish. But upon further inspection, it turned out to be a whole sheet of plastic paper along with bits and pieces! I'm sorry to say, but we won't be coming back :(

Tasty Japanese ramen & sushi restaurant recommended by family at an affordable price with good portions. If you drop by on Sundays or holidays, you can get a 25% discount off deal. I had the tantan ramen (extra spicy) and had some seafood pizza. The soup itself is very tasty and light. The noodles had a great bite and were plentiful. I was a bit partial to the minced beef in the soup, but the seafood pizza was a bit of a game changer. If ramen isn't your favorite, there are still other options in the beer/wine menu.
